What crime has Jimmy committed? Breaking and entering into his brothers house? Wouldn't think he'd lose his legal license for that. Could stick to the story about the recording being made up and was so angry because he was only trying to help his brother that his brother ****ed him over.

Destroying evidence is a felony, no?

Evidence is not admissible
The reading, interrupting, taking or copying of any message, communication or report is unlawful without the consent of one of the parties to said communication.

That's the New Mexico law, which I looked up out of curiosity. It says it is a One Party consent deal, so it may be admissible depending on the court level maybe. Obviously it has Chuck's consent.

If the consent of one party is required, you can record a conversation if you’re a party to the conversation. If you’re not a party to the conversation, you can record a conversation or phone call provided one party consents to it after having full knowledge and notice that the conversation will be recorded. Under Federal law, 18 U.S.C. § 2511(2)(d) requires only that one party give consent. In addition to this Federal statute, thirty-eight (38) states and the District of Columbia have adopted a “one-party” consent requirement.

Well what about that case she was told from her professor?

Will have to watch back again. :)

I do agree with you, the whole case against him seems a bit flimsy. They ought to be pressuring Ernie regarding Jimmy being at the copystore as he'll crack in an instant.

So chuck is a campaigner

Mikes a clever *er but not as clever as gus

Jimmy doesn't think and looks
like he's dug a massive hole for himself. And Kim

Is that the same secretary from BB?

Howard is a slimy little s**t as well

Howard's mobile.

Everything in the BB BCS universe has intent or purpose. IMHO the shot of Howard's mobile was deliberate as it will play a larger part in what happens in the future.

It is key evidence in conspiracy by HHM, Howard and Chuck.
Yep that's exactly what I was thinking.

well for starters remember Kim said that they could cast doubt over the content of the tape. Not much chance of that anymore if it's serious enough for him to (possibly aggravated) break and enter, assault Chuck, and destroy property and evidence. It is in fact admissible evidence, as Kim stated with the one party consent law

how good was the foreshadowing with the street signs. Dead End and Speed Hump Ahead. Genius.

I also love how you could see Gus in the background, as Jimmy made is super obvious how suss he was, and then Fring cancelled the meet as a result. And how good to see non-jaded Francesca??? Hilarious! "That one really didn't want to talk about Cracker Biscuit!"

This is better than Breaking Bad even though you know what's going to happen to Mike and Jimmy.

Brilliant stuff, incredibly polished and well executed.

The great thing about that is you can almost visualise Mike's reaction on the other end to Francesca's pep.
