Daniel Harford is a good idea, he is quite good when he fills in for mark doran.

he is friendly and quite funny, i also like matty cambell espically when he and harf both did the run home around spring carnvial time last year.

I agree he could have said something even if it was along the lines of "Management have got the rights to make this decision but... I also disagreed with him cutting off people who wanted to talk about it

Beva was a great bloke with a decent sense of humour unlike Mark Doran or KB, and frank

IMHO they should put Ed Wyatt in the evening shift now, he is an american yes, but he also has a great friendly attitude and knows his AFL in fact the born in the USA show he hosts at 10 PM with Steve Salisbury, is the best show on SEN BY A MILE.

Either him or Danny Harford.

Am I the only person who wishes Born in the USA was a FoxSports program so we could get footage of the games too?

I find their show fascinating, but its probably not on at a great time for regular listening.

Getting rid of Beva is a shocking decision. i have discussed it with my mates and not one of us reckons there is a better presenter on SEN. There must be something else behind it. Thankfully my old man is mates with SEN employee Pickers so I may be able to get some inside info.

Pretty irrelevant, but I'm not a fan of Born in the USA as i have little to no interest in American sports. But....the guys who host it are very good and should be given a pay rise:thumbsu:

I listen religously to "Born in the USA".....Not the slightest bit interested in their sports, BUT I love the guys, they are fantastic, in fact, for Americans, they are very down to earth Aussies!! I love the banter between the two of them, very natural AND they know our sports and personalities as well........big thumbs up :thumbsu: to Ed and Steve..:)
 
Mark Doran is one of the dullest, ill-informed media performers ever. Absolute garbage. And how the hell KB has been able to "earn" a living out of radio is beyond me. Wasn't a fan of Eva but certainly not the worst. If Feiny is responsible for having Martin Pike on then he should go as well.
 
KB is absolutely the worst presenter on SEN. If Harford doesn't take Beva's spot then he should take over from KB. The weekend crew (Harford, Richardson, Pickering, the golf guy with the bushy eyebrows) are brilliant and should be given more regular gigs.

I am very disappointed that Beva has got the arse. I listen to him on the way home from work and really enjoy his show. He seems to know his sport and is not biased. I also think Mark Doran is good at what he does. I used to hate Tim Watson and wouldn't watch the channel 7 news because of him, but now I enjoy his banter on SEN. The one I would like to get rid of is Bill Brownless. His school boy humour was funny for awhile, but it has run its race now. He comes across as stupid and I am sick of his fart and dick jokes. He needs some new material.

SEN may not last long if it's modus operandi is to dump the talent and keep the crap.

Bad move SEN.
Eva is a class act behind the mike and game caller, he will get a gig somewhere soon.
