So, a few weeks back, had a bad eBay experience and some poor customer service. A few days later, I was waiting in hospital for a few hours and decided to troll the online chat help. Would like to see if anyone can keep a chat agent online with inane chatter longer than 30 minutes. You could do it with any business. Mine was eBay regarding some Crocs shoes.
