FA are round 12 or higher if you sign more - so if you keep 3 FAs they are Rounds 12, 11 and 10

I still think we should implement a bidding system for FAs- i.e. if you want to keep someone who was a FA they're open for bids, and you have to spend your next draft pick after the highest bid to keep.
