Had the meeting and 1 person voted against. Approx 80-100 at the meeting.
That’s only 1st step. Long way to go yet.
Hope it's the one (or one of) who thought Peddo was wrong when he suggested they consider moving 2-3 seasons back.

Was and still no hope of sth or any of eastern bloke clubs would get back into RDFL. Ever. Was never a option.Hope it's the one (or one of) who thought Peddo was wrong when he suggested they consider moving 2-3 seasons back.
Fair enough, juniors staying or planning on rolling across also? Was and still no hope of sth or any of eastern bloke clubs would get back into RDFL. Ever. Was never a option.
Never say Never! If the Sunbury Kangaroos leave for the EDFL, then there is a spot vacant for South. Was and still no hope of sth or any of eastern bloke clubs would get back into RDFL. Ever. Was never a option.

AFLL, at a guess I would say divisional football. The sooner AFL Vic bring in WRFL, EDFL & RDFL and have an open and transparent conversation that maintains existing clubs and manages the growth from Werribee to Whittlesea the better off all will be.I am an RDFNL advocate and realise I am on the wrong thread here, but being in the region try to look at football as a whole. Prowler you seem very defiant in your approach about the RDFNL, has it been on the table for consideration or is there a reason why it is not. I won't take offence but from the outside I ask why would you not seek to realign with your junior body in the RDFNL. What is it about the WRFL that makes it more attractive for Melton South situation?
I see Farren Ray, Mitch Golby and Dale Houghton did the honourable thing and didn’t see the season out at south. Unless they are all injured...
wrong. Injured. 2 playing this weekI see Farren Ray, Mitch Golby and Dale Houghton did the honourable thing and didn’t see the season out at south. Unless they are all injured...
Great win by the Devils & the Bloods on the wend, looking forward to watching the finals!Looks like maybe the final 6 could be settled. I don’t think Sunbury or Sebas can win enough of their remaining games to jump back in. But you never know the comp is still very even.
Only spot that appears certain is top spot going to East.
Will be interested to see how the Marsh go against Darley.Great win by the Devils & the Bloods on the wend, looking forward to watching the finals!
Marsh are too talented to keep losing to Darley, but the devils are definitely in their heads. Will be interested to see how the Marsh go against Darley.
Bit of a mental hurdle, Darley has got them the last 4 times. Whispers Sherlock and Del papa returning for the marsh and Edwards and Scotland in doubt with injuries for Darley.
Has Melton’s list changed that much from last year ?Great win by the Devils & the Bloods on the wend, looking forward to watching the finals!
Has Melton’s list changed that much from last year ?
Big turn around from last few years that’s for sure
Not a whole lot. Got a few of their VFL listed players back full time this year. And seems like the players really have bought into the new coach this year.
East Point are a class above North and will be too good. Both times they played this year East Point put the foot down when needed and North couldn't match them. They may have been shaky in the past but this is a completely different team. Their VFL players will most likely return this week.Marsh are too talented to keep losing to Darley, but the devils are definitely in their heads.
I thought Sherlock retired because his back was so bad he could end up crippled. Sounds like panic mode if they do that.
Was not able to see any games on the weekend but did notice that East had a few out playing VFL. If they don’t get them back then North will beat them. East have a long history of being shaky in finals.

I see their previous coach only lasted a year at St Albans. Melton have been good but have had the best draw. Played the bottom 3 twice and only the marsh in the top 6 twice.Has Melton’s list changed that much from last year ?

Selections. Finals. Week One.
Qualifying Final. East Point vs North Ballarat City. 48 points. Pointies far too strong and can see some of their key forwards running amok in this game. Far too many guns for Nth Ballarat City. Will win the flag.
Elimination Final. Melton vs Lake Wendouree. 32 points. Melton at home will get the job done.
Elimination Final. Darley vs Bacchus Marsh. 13 points. Darley are the only side that can challenge East point for the flag and will end Bacchus Marsh season.
He won’t play.See Sherlock has been named as an emergency for this week.
On the mark there Gordo! Great win by Darley yesterday, although a few of their players are banged up, their commitment, determination & Heart can get them there! (Scotland the Brave!Culture) Melton are the big Improvers this year, playing with around 24 points, sets them up for future success, may not be this year but they must be excited & looking forward to the future, the committee have been strong & patient, they haven't wasted $$$ on mercenaries & should be congratulated, MUST keep the kids! East Point must have come home like a train! Looking forward to next week!Selections. Finals. Week One.
