Ive got shooting pains going through my Bicep/Tricep.
If anything its between them both.
I cant lift and turn my arm without any sort of dicomfort.
It started last Tuesday playing indoor cricket.
When I threw my first ball I commented to my mate that i had thrown my shoulder out.
Since then Ive spoken to a few of my other mates in the sports medicine game that think I might be feeling referred pain from my shoulder.
Anyone ever had this sort of injury? (It feels more like an electric shock going down my upper arm)
