Surely Vince is still able to be picked? This article which was posted on the 1st of January confirms Vince replacing Morgan when he leaves for international duties. As we started the draft on the 2nd/3rd(?) he should be in play I reckon.

But it's up to the creator of the draft of course. It may just be easier to only have players who were signed before the tournament started.

I wasn't aware he was signed so early, seeming he was there before the draft makes his case a little different to Brathwaite's.

So I'll say that players such as Brathwaite/Munro etc are unavailable as they signed later than when the draft started, but Vince is fair game as he signed before it started
