You can (reasonably) safely have a double dip at the C score this week with 2 teams playing twice. VC a Scorcher tonight, if he has a huge game put the C on a bye player otherwise put the C on a Sixers player tomorrow night.

As long as you pick the right Sixers player

Yeah I think I will. VC on Carberry for both games. If he spuds up, I'll put the C on Kallis. If he scores well I'll make Wright captain

Why Kallis? Wouldn't you rather a Sixers player?

Top scorer didn't have many. He did have Ludeman and Maddison though and they won't keep scoring like that.

Came up with a decent compromise that lets me use the loophole and still maximizes the Scorchers/Sixers double headers.

Out: White, Hodge, Bird
In: Carberry, Maddinson, Behrendorff

It puts Wells back on the bench and makes Turner a starter, but otherwise I'm happy.

I'm going with Kallis. I just feel that he'll score more from 1 game than Turner will from 2, plus Kallis is a keeper all season I think.

You're probably right about Kallis being a keeper. That was my thinking in hanging onto Wright too. I doubt I would have brought Turner in but I already had him.

What about Hogg? Are you sticking with him even though he isn't named?

I have to. Fits my structure. I have planned every single trade (team wise, not player) for the whole season, based around byes and doubles so that I have five players at a minimum with double points each round. He may play the second game this round. Worst case, Scorchers have the double again in Round 5 so Doherty can cover him if need be

I finally got around to checking the scoring system. It's a bit unfair that a batsman or allrounder gets -20 for a duck but fieldsmen don't get a penalty for dropping a catch and a bowler gets no penalty for being hammered the way the one who went for 60 runs was.
