Damn it, I was tossing up which one of my Scorchers to put the VC Katich or Coulter-Nile for hours. Settled on Katich 34 points in the end. C-Nile scores 82 FMBBL

You're fine. You only have 3 ODI players + M Marsh with the bye who will be missing next round. Just bench M Marsh, start Henriques and use your 2 trades for Maxwell & one of Finch/S Marsh for a couple of Thunder/Hurricane players to field a full team. Really solid looking side currently, should score well this and the next round as well with the right trades.

Ouch, that's at least one 0 in Rd6. I almost fell into that trap as well. Had traded out Finch for S Marsh before I realised that I would be copping a doughnut from the batting line next round if I did that. Switched the trade to Birt instead (who plays twice next round) just a few minuted before lockout. Luckily I had a print-out of the fixture right in front of me and wasn't drunk for a change.

Not too worried. Good points from CoulterNile and Katich has another hit and this game can be rife with donuts even when yr players play.

Yep, I did the same thing. Had Finch, Tait and two Perth players. Had to plan two rounds in advance for the double bye round next week Birt was my man too!!

Can someone please confirm the loophole works. ie. by leaving Rimmington on the ground for this round as CAPTAIN I will get the Emergency's score in his place and also receive double the nominated VC.

I've made some blunder sc trades (football version) wise too under the influence.

The one that sticks out was 3-4 years ago I think when I was hungover and going to trade out the injured Henshel from the Crows but accidently traded out Taylor Walker (both were on my forward bench and my eyesight was blurry) who was in his rookie season for Steele Sidebottom. Needless to say Walker scored 130 the week I traded him out. FML!
