Damn it, wish I was following you on twitter a couple of days ago when you called it with NCN only to play the 1 game this round. 82 points still a top effort for a bowler from 1 game. Would have taken that from 2 games TBH.

Brisbane Heat The Heat have named their squad for tomorrow night's crunch game with the Thunder in Sydney. Joe Burns is out with a hamstring strain, at least 2 games, with Pete Forrest coming in to play in his old western Sydney stamping grounds. Dan Vettori's back is ok and he is in the 13. The Brisbane Heat will unveil McDermott 2.0 with confirmation today that talented teenage ‘keeper/batsman Ben McDermott will come into the squad as the replacement for the injured Joe Burns.
The 19-year-old right-hander was approved by the BBL Technical Committee as the substitute for Burns, who would be able to return to the squad towards the end of the tournament if he recovers from a hamstring injury.

Still can't get over missing the start of the game on Tuesday and not getting Bollinger and subsequently trading in Rimmington who has the Bye in a drunken state.

Now I'm on track to lose to the bloke that hasn't won a match yet.

It's really difficult to organise ones team with the way teams are named. 13 man squads named 1 day before each game and final 11 named only an hour before individual games. I was concerned that Vettori was going to miss with his back strain, even after he was named in the 13 man squad. Teams literally give players until the last hour before deciding who plays. Making 2 trades before 1st lockout is very risky in this game.

Almost impossible really, unless you're a couch potato. First year doing it, so learning for next year

Given there are no games on the 12th or 13th, it may only affect the games on 14th and 15th (Renegades/Thunder and Sixers/Hurricanes)

Yeah id be happy with 82 instead of a poor score from Mendis took a risk with him didn't pay off, oh well lets hope he can fire up for the double games.
