Ed what a fraud, you can't play the nice guy and then put Jade up. That makes you a selfish douche, which is what he is. Totally screwed his image.

Ed will most likely go this week.

What's wrong with being indecisive? Certainly doesn't make him a soft cock. He's struggled over any decision he's had to make under pressure in the house, his brother (on his blog) says it's his worst trait.
He wasn't indecisive, he knew exactly what he was going to do, he just wanted to make it look like it was a tough decision so he wouldn't look as bad when he puts up the chick he is shacked up with over Tim.

Complete coward.

Might be the only person but I love Tully. It is an entertainment show and she is entertaining at the end of the day. Heidi was as boring as anything, glad she is gone. I hope Matthew goes next- no2 boring person.
You aren't the only one! I don't think she's a bad person either, as her friend (and even her ex gf) have tried to reiterate many times. All of the evicted housemates seem to hate her in there (from what we see of the highlights), but then go on about how she's a fun person and easy to chat to. I reckon she's fine for 95% of the time in there, but batshit crazy for the 30-40min we get to see on weekdays.

Have you been watching the past week?

He's pretty much changed his image to someone playing the game. Very evident. Even Drew made a comment.

I don't think he knew at all, it was a tough decision. Put up Jade for your own survival (potentially pissing off Jade voters on the outside), or put up Tim who obviously has a large fan base. He's been indecisive before in the house.

And there's nothing wrong with that. Funny how people love what Tim does, but can't stand Ed also playing the game. I think it's great someone has finally decided to go head to head with Tim, it's been good viewing.

Maybe so but thats totally farked his image to the outside. Total asshole move. If he was strategic he would know how bad that would make him look.

TBH I think Ed is going about it the completely wrong way.

If he wants Tim gone, then he needs to put Tim back up applying the pressure. Unless Ed thinks he's a massive chance to win 1 on 1 against Tim. Although that's not evident otherwise he wouldn't have put Jade on, thinking he would be the least saved.

Tim looked genuinely scared. I think he thought he was a shoe in that Ed would pick him. Reckon we'll see Tim doing cartwheels tomorrow, knowing he dodged a bullet.

He was only saved from Caleb by 1% (on 14% but actually 28% in a normal voting day apparently), so maybe not a bad idea.

But agree, it did **** with his image.

That's true but he doesn't know that. I thought he was a prick from the start, i've liked him playing the game more but his "how to deal with a bully" thing last week and now this just confirms it. He's a prick and not in a funny prick way like Tim. Play the game all you like Ed you just burned alot of save votes, on the other side i reckon Jade just got some sympathy votes.

While I'm coming around to Ed a fair bit and think he's an alright guy, you seemingly think the sun shines out of his arse and your sycophancy is nauseating. Far out.
Lol!

The only sun I see shining out of anybody's ass in that house is Tahan's.

If you're talking about that post, I was merely responding to the fact that cynical thought Ed was still purely playing his image as the nice guy.

If you think there are any other "biased" posts. Please, go ahead and find them.

Why do you think he's a bully? I think Matt is, but Ed has always seemed fine to me. One of those blokes you'd happily have as a mate. You all criticised him for being boring, and are now criticising him for shaking things up a bit.

I disagree with this. I think Caleb being evicted was a big wake up call, it showed everyone that being purely "nice" doesn't win you the game.

This is my stance on Ed, for those who seem to have a keen interest. I always thought and still think he's a genuinely nice guy. There's nothing wrong with that, but it was a bit boring, which I did say he was. I've stated my view on Jade, he was only keen for a physical relationship, and got a bit confused as to what to do when he realised that Jade's intentions were a bit more serious. He had the talk and really, they only hook up when they're a bit drunk and she pretty much comes onto him or it's a truth or dare thing. Then Caleb got evicted, and I don't think Ed has necessarily gotten "nastier" or "less nice", but he's definitely showed a more strategic side to him. Which is fine by me, because it actually makes him interesting, which was his main criticism.

He said last week "the way you deal with a bully is to get everyone to surround them and tell them all the things you dont like about them" when saying that he thought Tim was a bully (how ironic) That is bully behaviour and made him sound like a dickhead, stereotypical jock. I think he is a typical footy player and thinks he is better than everyone else.

Beyond how tonight made him look to the outside it was also a moment where a "good" person would think of the persons feelings. Tim had genuine compassion when Ben was upset over Heidis comments tonight, Ed had none for Jade, she was shaking over it FFS. It's a personal opinion, you and Fresh Banana like him and thats fair enough too.

FWIW i agree with you on Matt.

You project 1 image to the public you can't change it and become something different.

Ed is the prince charming, Mr nice guy.

Mr nice guy doesn't throw a female under the bus to save himself. Every female voter who likes Ed would have expected him to take a hit for Jade but he didn't. That makes him a coward not a strategist.
