I've watched a bunch of English ones. Can't recall any sex but they do, or atleast did smoke
On the show.

i think they only smoked the first series (cant remember them being allowed after that), they were even setting aside money in the shopping budget to buy rollie tobacco. even a couple non smokers took up smoking to pass the time and learnt the art of rolling their own.

but that first uk series was awesome with nasty nick who smuggled in pencil and paper and was writing names down and showing them to others to vote people out:

fair enough, the last one i saw was back in 2002, i thought they stopped (or maybe blatantly showing the smoking) after that first season cos so many kids were watching. but my memory is awful and it is all probably made up in my head.

Yeah Big Brother has really struggled this year imo. Haven't seen the ratings, but with the constant change of format and scheduling, it does suggest a dip in ratings compared to last year.

Whoever came up with a bloody kindergarten version of Saturday Night Games, should be shot, like wtf were you thinking?

I dunno, I reckon the ratings are actually going fairly well, otherwise I can't see why they have extended it an extra 2 weeks. I think they just need to get a set format next year and don't mess around with it, especially for shit such as Australia's Got Talent. **** that shit show back off to Channel 7.

It all kind of melded together because they were all annoying Ed, then Tim Ed an idiot, and then it sort of simmered for a while.

Tim acted like a massive tool as well though, and I love Tim. Lucky either aren't up this week, as that wouldn't have gone down well with voters.

To be fair, she got royally ****ed over once Big Brother ordered her back to the lounge when housemates she hadn't chosen for that superpower were voting. It meant they knew for a fact that she wouldn't find out if they voted for her or not, because she was with the rest of the housemates on the couches, so 2 of them (Drew & Tim) voted for her.

Not that I really cared, I can't stand the bitch.

I reckon Tim has worked out that he needs to make Ed look bad to get him out. Unfortunately Ed does absolutely nothing and thus flies under the radar. Tim has to provoke some kind of reaction out of him.

The Tim/Ed thing was the biggest non event ever. The only funny thing was watching Ed just repeat exactly what Tim had just said, honestly Ed struggles in a genuine conversation where he cant just spit some well worn cliche, we saw it with Jade and now Tim, if he had an original thought it die of loneliness.

The divide in the house is interesting, seems like the Ed/Jade/Mikkayla group just spend all their time obsessing over the Tim/Drew/Tahan group. Menwhile Tim and his "monkeys" seem to be enjoying themselves and couldn't give a rats about the others.

Not sure how it rated last year but it has been in the top 10 watched programs pretty much everyday, even the Friday night episode which has the weakest numbers. It rated higher than the Brownlow on the night Tully got evicted.
