I liked the declaration btw, I probably would have gone five more overs with the blade but might as well go early vs late vs a team that hasn't gone at 3 RPO pretty much the entire series.

Feels like this game might be like the second test and just come down to whether the ball we've picked out of the box reverses.

Disappointing Swepson hasn't done anything this test because I think the end is rapidly approaching for Lyon

Was an hour too early

We were only 3 down so could easily have just gone the tonk in a chase for quick runs to put the game out of reach for them

Instead set a gettable target when, aside from two quite remarkable bursts, we’ve struggled to take wickets

I just can't imagine AB or Steve Waugh so generously opening the door on the sub-continent.

Decision making by social media opinion. I think they had the correct strategy last test and a few held catches would have got us the win without exposing us to the risk of losing. We are going to have to set defensive fields for large portions of the day so what is the point really?
