Exactly. Says a lot about the current Aussie team that they had such issues with Langer but he was almost universally beloved at WA.

The shame is how badly we lost, we need to win our remaining games and try to gain back NRR against the Afghans and Ireland, and even then we might miss out on the semis. Hopefully NZ can pull one out against England and our match with them is for second spot in the group.

This generation has lost me and by the looks of it has lost many, many others.

Especially as a WA cricket fan, feel like CA has always treated us as 2nd class citizens but especially so through the pandemic (I'm not being blind that McGowan ****ed things too).

I'll go watch the scorchers but not interested in anyone in green and gold until the JL knifing woke crew piss off and there is a cleanout of the top level at CA.

Exactly. Highly doubtful he was a mean coach. Intense, sure, but mean is a silly description.

Smith and Cummins have played IPL somewhat consistently. More than 360 T20 matches between them.

It’s just all an overreaction like always tbh. Every time Australia loses a single game the pitchforks come out and yet they’ll then invariably come out and win the tournament / series.
