https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ HoneyBadger35

The HoneyBadger35 (Mellivora capensis), also known as the ratel (/ˈreɪtəl/ or /ˈrɑːtəl/), is a mammal widely distributed in Africa, Southwest Asia, and the Indian subcontinent. Because of its wide range and occurrence in a variety of habitats, it is listed as Least Concern on the IUCN Red List.

It is the only living species in the genus Mellivora and in the mustelid subfamily Mellivorinae. Despite its name, the honey badger does not closely resemble other badger species; instead, it bears more anatomical similarities to weasels. It is primarily a carnivorous species and has few natural predators because of its thick skin, strength and ferocious defensive abilities.

Big T20 battle on right now between Italy and Denmark (traditional rivals)

Italy just got 141/4 off their 20, with opener Grant Stewart scoring a 50 in what I am sure was another classic Grant Stewart innings

EDIT: Didn't Jade Dernbach play for the Scorchers ? Currently opening the bowling for Italy

Problem with the Aus squad is too many of our batters perform best as openers in T20, and we don’t have any specialist finishers

Wade is only good as an opener IMO. Needs pace on the ball early.

Stoinis has never set the world alight in the IPL because he has to bat lower and he takes too long to get going - which is fine when he opens in the BBL.

Warner was dropped from the weakest side in the IPL (which he was captaining). He should be replaced with Stoinis or Wade if they really want to play Wade.

Here's a not so fun idea, what does our Test team look like in 5 years assuming any player at that point 35 and over is retired or on the verge of retirement?
Maybe something like…

Bryce Street
Will Pucovski*
Marnus Labuschagne
Cameron Green
Travis Head (c)
Josh Philippe
Josh Inglis (+)
Pat Cummins
Jhye Richardson*
Mark Steketee
Mitch Swepson

*injuries notwithstanding

Cummins and Steketee would be near the end of their careers though. Question marks over the fitness of Pucovski and Jhye. Would have liked to fit Tanveer Sangha in but you can’t deny Swepson as the next cab off the rink for the spin department. Also unconvinced by Philippe at 6, but couldn’t think of any alternatives.

Yeah. Bowling looks fine, but gee, when Smudge finishes up, our batting looks a hell of a lot worse. Especially if Pucovski can't sort out his concussion issues.

Hey fiddle diddle, we got ****ed by Siddle!

Voges is hopeless but we have some very average cricketers running out. Branders abound.
I think there's more than enough talent for a half-decent coach to get a tune out of.

Gannon not being selected right now confuses me greatly.

About 3/4 of the side has represented the country in some capacity. Should not be this average
