Good. Very ordinary from Whiteman. Bowlers may as well just ditch the ball at the batsman after every delivery from now on.

One of those ones where technically it is out but the ball wouldn’t have hit the stumps if he didn’t throw the bat at it anyway so it feels wrong to appeal it

Cricket doesn’t help itself with all these stupid grey areas.

There was one not longer before that where Henriques walked out of his crease after pushing one straight to the bowler (Cartwright). Cartwright’s throw went wide of the stumps, but he was miles out of his crease. You got the feeling Cartwright didn’t want to ping it at Henriques legs so he missed out on a fairly rudimentary run out.

On the radio yesterday they were calling it a good turn considering it was against the West Indies. Also the question was asked if the "so called" wild thing would play in the third match. I think it was Jim Maxwell.
