Can’t blame his sh*t-heap teammates for his inability to convert half centuries.

I politely disagree, England's openers put him under unnecessary pressure with their failures.

On cue they both pick up wickets. Greens catch a bit under rated too, not many would have got to that.
Boland has bowled okay in parts. Been too straight sometimes.

I still think Starc has been our worst quick today. Figures flatter him.

Starcs tires through a series and probably should have been rested. Injuries prevented it I suppose.

I don't disagree.
Cummins and Green have been supurb.
Green’s an unbelievable player. Along with being a gun legit-fast bowler (he was bowling faster than Cummins today), he’s an elite fielder. For such a tall guy he fields incredibly well. Even if he never makes it with the bat, he’s already a gun

Can't wait for super slow-mo bat sticker shots.

They tried to introduce the new "bloody stump" cam last test by Root was less than receptive and waved it away.

He's in a rich vein of form with the ball but outside of speed doesn't have a lot of variation. If he's going to make it internationally, particularly playing in the sub continent he's going to need to bring his batting into line and average at least 30-35.

Lack of variation? Reckon that’s codswallop. He takes it away from the right handers regularly but I’ve seen him bowl some nice cutters as well as some that come back in.

Does anyone care about launch angle/speed? Feels like a fairly meaningless stat.
I rarely watch cricket anymore but did watch a little bit today. Foxtel had an overhead shot called flying Fox(?) positioned directly above the batsman. During a change of ends they showed a replay of all 6 balls - was pretty rapid fire vision and all without any explanation of what it highlighted about the batter’s (Harris) technique

Given it was top down vision it gave no context on the length of the balls he was facing so turned out to be a brief montage of nothing particularly useful in anyway whatsoever

So in the end, like Fremantle, it all seemed rather pointless
