I can't really remember the last time Cartwright bowled tbh.

Agar's batting unfortunately has not progressed since he was about 19. Really thought he was going to be a top all-rounder but at this point I think he's just a bowler who can bat better than the average bowler, sort of like Joel Paris or Starc.

I streamed some of the last few overs, the commentators reckoned the quicks were pretty tired because Qld got bowled out in one session in their second innings.

I had it on at my desk but with the sound off so couldn’t hear the commentators. I just thought they’d go Neser and Steketee after tea for the win.
Swepson looked like he was just trying to not go for runs.

Its a sad state of affairs when I get more enjoyment out of a WA win than the Australian side.

Not too many players I can warm to at the minute and I'm still not happy the way some of the players and CA started JL.

The thing I love about him and Cam Green is that they are genuine bowlers as well as gun batsmen. They're not just batsmen that can bowl handy overs a la Stoinis, M Marsh, Shane Watson. Cam Green debuted for WA as a bowler, while Hardie opened the bowling for us in the Shield final. Hopefully we'll soon be wondering how to squeeze them both in the Aussie side.

Some serious underrating of Watson’s bowling ability here. Obviously injuries played a part, but I reckon he was just as skilful with the ball as he was with the bat.
