Not being able to react/adapt to a changing situation is what blows my mind, plans are great but in all forms of cricket if you can't be reactive and think for you and your batting partner's self then your good for FA IMO.
I harp on about it but I cannot stand Cummins as a captain, if ever there's been a bloke with no plan B he's it.

What a dissapointing day of cricket yesterday. I was all excited for the day and then from the very first over it was a schamozzle.

I'd like to know who came up with the idea of sweeping and reverse sweeping everything? Playing cross bat shots on a pitch where the ball is keeping low is a bad strategy. If that is the coaches call then I question their knowledge.
I'd also like to know who came up with the idea to be ultra aggressive and if it was enforced. Defense first, get in, take your time then start expanding your game. Its test cricket, there was still 3 days left ffs. No need to go and slog sweep the very first ball you face.

We won 1 game out of 3 and we beat a team thats not that good on absolute roads of a wickets. He bowled well that series but we were never really threatened.

Should just bowl in the middle overs imo. Gets destroyed at the death unless against the tail. Has a great knack of getting wickets after the powerplay though

Ashton Turner in a bit of form for grade and WA seconds. 167 today against the SA seconds. Turner went through a rich vein of red ball cricket form 5 years back before he totally went the other way. Would be nice to see him back in the shield set up
