Matt Short is in some form. Scored 70 off 69 and 119 off 135 in a match where the Vics have scored only 450 odd runs, and nobody else has made more than 43.

Him and Hughes deserve a crack for ODI’s. One person that fallen off the radar after a bright start to his career is Patterson.

Agar returning home from India

Because our selection strategy wasn’t already muddled enough

Hasn’t been a good month for the national side across all departments

I'm surprised. I know he bowled pretty poorly in Sydney but didn't think Kuhneman bowled that well either and Agar might've strengthened the Aussies tail a bit. Plus hes a great fielder. Another poor performance from Khuneman and he might've played the 4th test.
Maybe he spat the dummy after being passed over or was told he wasn't going to play.

Not sure where he fits at the warriors atm though. Does he replace Rocky as the #1 spin option? Or Stoinis and bat 7

He's not the spit the dummy type. It's just another example of the chaotic and bizarre decisions from the selectors lately.

The last round of Sheffield Shield before Xmas he displaced Roccicholi in the side. I don't think it's the right call going forward.

No way he bats at 7 either.

As much as I like and Rate Inglis, I’d love to see Bangers taken to England as not only an opening option but also as a back up keeper.

Khuneman will be lucky to hold his spot in the test side
Swepson is going back to India also.
I'd suggest he's been told he won't be picked.

Will probably lose Stoinis to the ODI's so maybe a straight swap.

Does Bancroft keep in grade cricket? Would just about be the only time he would still pull on the gloves
