Yep. He'd navigated the tricky period after Marnus's dismissal, bur he had to be proactive and look to put the pressure back on India.

He'll learn and readjust, but it was a frustrating innings for sure.

Can't make the switch from defence to rotating the strike, gets stuck in these defensive ruts.

Not every ball he had was a blinder, plenty of chances to rotate with Carey who was doing a good job of rotating. Very disappointing innings that one after facing a few balls and not doing much as he got set.
