Depth of talent in the BBL is a problem

Each team is down at least one quality international from what used to be the norm and there’s ~15-20 Australian players unavailable through national duties or being managed.

And I don’t see how it’s likely to improve either

Having 2 NSW and Vic teams also thins out the available players . Those teams are forever pinching other teams players .

Scorchers are so lucky to have the bowling unit we have .

Jye tye dorf and agar have all played for Australia.
