Work at the printing press ay?

I really can't see us having enough capital to satisfy Brisbane for him to be honest. However this does increase our chances of nabbing one of Brisbanes late first round picks. Probably see Schache's worth as two first rounders

There is only 1 VIC club i can think of that doesn't need a KPF and that's St.Kilda.

Have said before he is the exact player we should target but I see another club offering $800k a year for him so probably rules us out.

O'Meara hadn't played in two years because of knee issues and was a midfielder who specifically nominated Hawthorn. Schache hasn't nominated any specific Victorian club and is a young key position forward.

I personally rate O'Meara far higher than Schache though

Question marks over Shache and his mental tenacity.....seems a timid type. Not many big blokes make it without fire in the belly.
Roughead had a degree of being timid early in his career, Shache unlike Roughead I don't think has the commitment to overcome this, that's without considering his other issues.

I am not sure how you can say that. Do you know him personally.
I bet if he arrived at a Hawthorn you would say quite the opposite.

Hold onto your hats, people.

Clarko's speech last night was pretty emphatic about being bold, setting the club up for future success and how players and staff are "only custodians for a short time and the club remains eternal".

I expect he was softening the blow.

Yep, I’m a little scared, a little excited and almost certain that concentrating at work is going to be difficult this week.

There aren't many senior players left who would be shock trades.

Pretty definitive proof that these "trade gurus" prowl these pages....

To be fair, I don't think that page is attempting to be a news breaker along the lines of the Trade Whisperer or any of the door stopping journos. Pretty sure it's just used as a bit of a trade summary/update page

There’s so much weirdness around Schache’s departure. The guy has talent but the games I saw him in he really lacked intensity.

He’s like the fish you catch that has spikes all over it and you have to look up whether it’s safe to eat or not.

Buddy left on his own will
Of course, but we survived and found someone else to take the lead as our main marketing source. That was my point. I would hate to see Cyril leave but it will happen at some stage. The million dollar question is will it happen earlier than we expected to maximise our return.

I agree. I compare him to Watts when he was drafted. Showed some nice things but you always questioned whether he was worth the hype. Continued to frustrate
