I like Egan because he has all the skill in the world and has the pace to deliver it quickley and effectivley.

Take a look at your the bottom 6-7 players on the list, thats where the improvment needs to come from, because if it doesnt then it places too much pressure on regulare senior players. IE- sydney: good all round team effort, reminded me of the 2002 Collingwood team

Davies is coming along nicely. he will improve and become a 200 gamer. made of the right stuff! dont be surprised if bucks still plays mostly in the middle he is a gun and blokes like that just keep on going examples: robert harvey/ craig bradley/ michael tuck

Is all well said that he can get but geez he turns it over a heap by foot, still panics a little bit too much for my liking

I wouldn't say he "turns it over" as such, bu there are times when he doesn't kick to the best option.

The problem is not with the kick - the kick goes where it was supposed to. The problem is with where he chose to kick it, which, in 99.9% of cases is a mistake he's made, as you said, in a panic.

However, he will settle down, and get more confident in his ability, and then he won't panic nearly as much.

I mean, Andrew McCleod didn't show the complete and utter contempt for the opposition that he does now back when he first came into the league. However, when he realised he was better than everyone else, he got that swagger.

All we need is for Egan to realise that he's as talented as anyone in the league, and if he sets his mind to it, he'll dominate them.

I gotta agree with that. My only issue with him is that he'll have to choose a discipline.

At the moment he's somewhere in between inside and outside, where he's good at clearances, but he's also got pace, marking ability, and an uncanny knack for finding space.
