Yeah when I was going through the options (Patton etc) it's like nope too old, nope can't afford him, nope he won't leave etc.
But Bruce is in that sweet spot, not a star but could really play a role for us and we can probably afford him.
Sometimes Leigh Brown wins you a flag. ;)

To be honest I would have had him before he signed with Sydney.

I can't believe that Round 5 hasn't even begun and journos are already speculating about trade targets. And their not even articles with a rumour attached - there just "Jeez, this bloke isn't getting a game for them, maybe he'd get a game for that other mob."
