Doubt it but you never know. Ruckmen take decades to develop. We'll persist with Spider and Taylor/Campbell for Hawthorn, Bailey for BH and McEntee for BH 2s.

How much do you love this (McEntee) bloke hodgy. Doubt (Bailey) he will play unless we have a run of injuries like collingwood did last year in the rucking stakes. Will debut 2007

Be pretty surprised if Bailey played any games this year. I'd be happy if he was getting a few bests in Box Hill seniors already would be good, not really thinking of him rucking at afl level just yet.

Maybe as a forward if his marking is ok because of his height, but I doubt they'd rush him in before either of taylor or cambell unless we had a injury problem.

I don't think many of our draft picks are going to be playing in the first half of the season. Little and Murphy are probably the two looking to be given games this year IMO.

was just having a joke with matty........:D

but true im rapt to see us grab mcentee with our first rookie pick.

mcentee played last year in the SANFL reserves grand final and absolutely starred. slaughtered a former AFL listed ruckman. i just reckon he wont be playing 2nd for box hill for very long. not saying he will get a game next year, although he isnt really up against much in the back up department of taylor and cambell. (C graders at best, but they have the bodys to play now unlike mcentee.)

but yeah i do the love the boy, reckon he will be the steal of the 2005 draft, rookie draft at that :thumbsu:

matty little the one i'm looking forwad to see play this year. expect big things. murphy, the jury is still out for mine. but he is enjoying a gun pre-season so people keep telling me.

roughie and franklin should be so much better for the run last year. they both were bottom aged kids when they were drafted so the potential of both of them excite the bloody hell outa me:D :thumbsu:

Well, BH ruckman Brendan Rinaldi has signed with Subiaco and there are no real other challengers as I'd suspect Owen Millwood will focus on EFL so Bailey and McEntee might be the rucking tandem in the BH 1's.

Murphy is the one I'm looking for, heard good things about him, and his injury really held him back last year, when he missed pretty much the whole pre-season. Mobile tall.. could be a chance to grab a forward or back pocket this year IMO.

Little sounds like he has sticky hands, and smart leader into space. A few cameo's in Box Hill could see him last a spot in the forward line during the year for Hawthorn.

Kidding yaself LH15. Rinaldi is average - Andy Collins kept him in the ruck for a ridiculous amount of time because he was a favourite of his. Rinaldi had next to no impact in the ruck.

after his knee injury the year be4, looked ok to me, looked promising and this year thought he could only get better.

but didnt see anywhere near as many box hill games as u matty, so i'll have to take ur word 4 it.
