Getting off topic a bit, but yes, Faze is a real word. Here's some synonyms from google:

I think we all know the meaning of the word 'phase' so I wont paste it in.

Compliment/complement is another one that often gets people (Dice man got it right though).

Last two years interrupted by injuries(ankle, shoulder).

Let's see how he goes when he gets a real run at it. He's a thumping accurate kick, it'd be a waste not to use it.

It's easy to forget he's still only 21 but no doubt it's a big year for him, he must take the next step.

There's bad luck injuries (like Browny) and there's injuries like falling off a ladder.

You dont play because you dont train properly, you dont prepare properly, you're out on the piss too often, or just because you're an idiot, still means you're not playing football for the club.

And there are players like Koschitzke who have heaps of talent but who keeps getting injured because he has the awareness of a rabbit with myxo. I hope Schultz doesn't fit into this category, but he has shown a few signs. The shoulder injury when he got tackled was one where a lack of awareness of what was happening around him may have contributed. I think he's got plenty of talent and a nice bit of mongrel aout him, but he needs to learn to watch the whole scenario unfolding and not have too much tunnel vision.
