Just an idea. Considering we have about 60 picks to get through in about 64 hours by Thursday night team reveals, should we make the grace period one hour at the end of this round? Not ideal but we're probably at the stage where it doesn't matter too much anymore and we can whip through it.

I don't mind it, I think it makes it a touch tricky with work and what not. Is there possibly a time where say for two hours people could be online and we try and power through as many as possible? That might be easier for some rather than having to keep coming back? Otherwise if people are happy with an hour time limits we can. Whatever the majority think.

Of course also happy to take preference lists from people if need be.

Holding picks for people works well, I run a lot of these and it's by far the best way to deal with a knowable absence. I'm not picking until round five I think so happy hold a short preferencial list for anyone that will get some use of it.
Unfortunately we sort of got started late, in future years it won't be so compressed, maybe shorten it to two hours?
I am down with a draft night of an hour or two Mon/Tues if everyoine can commit, starting around 9.30 ideally fro me.

Yeah looking at the pace we've set too, we're on track to get into the 60s by first bounce, so it's a pretty good pace. If we can have a few quick run-ons at times it would be good. Just people being aware when you're a pick or two off type thing.
