I’m slowly becoming a metal head and I’ve been listening to a s**t ton of Alestorm recently. Crazy good sound and their gimmick is grouse as well.

Been listening to a hell of a lot of Kalmah recently. Thought they were probably my favourite gig this year. I've given Insomnium's latest effort a few goes and i am now of the opinion that it is one of their best (probably top 3 but maybe not top 2). Also i just chucked on Kreator - Gods of Violence and while im not a big fan of the band that album is a fairly enjoyable listen.

Slayer - SOH. Lombardo's masterpiece IMO. Silent Scream on now - double kick and fills are crazy good.

I’m actually not really a fan but based on the positive reviews I’ve given this one a bit of airtime and I quite like it.
