Any Racer X fans out there?

Have been on a massive binge today, that Snowball Of Doom live DVD is probably one of the only live shows i'll watch over and over.

Paul Gilbert is one of my all time favourite guitarists. Been on and off trying to learn Technical Difficulties for ages.

That's a killer line up. Surprised there's no direct flight to Norway from Hamburg. You should go.
Well, I decided to try the single show in Budapest. Single show are mostly better, easier to get there with direct flights and cheaper beer and accommodation...

ONly need my parents to get me a ticket. Need to pay with credit card. Probably should get one myself but they are hardly needed in Germany. Last time I really needed one was when Anticirsto's "The Bible of Nasty Nun Sinema and Culture" came out. Had to get one of the first 666...

Had never heard of these guys before good recommendation, really liked Die With Your Boots On :thumbsu:
Yeah - been around a long time and play pretty metal influenced hardcore. I only have a couple of early releases and they don't sound as good as this. Save for the vocal style, I'd say its pretty much metal now.

I know nothing about cars, all I can say is that it was a work van like what plumbers, electricans etc. use.
It’s ok I was being a smart ass.

Ok so that’s off the debut from 2006 and I’m happy to go on the record (again) and state that’s it’s a good spin. I’ve actually got it in front of me. If you like it you’d probably enjoy ‘Scream, Aim, Fire’ but really the rest of their catalogue is like weak cordial.

I thought there might've been a tiny inside joke there ;)

The Poison is an awesome album and Scream Aim Fire is good, but not as great as the previous. 'Fever' and 'Temper Temper' absolutely sucked and I like 2 songs off their latest album 'Venom' but that's it.

I loved them 5-6 years ago but not so much anymore, and I'd also say that I'm only a fan of their first two albums only.

Today was my first xmas work function since I started working that I didn't touch the booze. Had to break a 100 day fast earlier this week, but stuck to.......vodka sodas. Gonna fast again until Super Bowl Monday (I host a function).
