Sabbat - Karmagmassacre

Awesome album. Riffs, riffs, riffs.

Satanasword, the Dwelling and Live 666 my favourites. Probably harped on about it before but will do so again. They are from Kuwana, which is in the same prefecture as where my inlaws live (hour drive to station then 30 to 40 min train ride). In around 03 Gezol said I could come watch them rehearse. My GF wouldn't ask her mother to drive me to the station (probably fair enough but still....). So I missed out. Saw them as Metalucifer in Singapore a few years back and it was fun. They played about four Sabbat songs. Can't wait for May.

Bendigo Hotel isn’t it? Cheap tickets too if I recall.

Savatage- Hall of the Mountain King on here folks.

Jon Olivia - such an incredible voice, it just surrounds you. Sometimes you’d swear he was singing at you from 4 different directions all at once. Nowadays sadly he looks like he’s been eating from 4 different directions at once. But those pipes! Damn.

Anyone see the first video interview with Vinnie Vincent in 20+ years today? Wow. Hope to see(hear) more from him in the near future coz everything he touched with KISS (credited or not on the albums) was absolute gold.

I don't have a lot of their material but I bought Karmagmassacre when it came out and still love it. I bit the bullet and bought tix to the Sydney gig cos I knew I'd regret it if I didn't. Now I'm really enjoying delving into the rest of their catalogue. Just ordered Disembody, The Dwelling, Envenom and Karisma.

Might pull it out later this week. Surprised he is still alive given his size.

Went it to Knox JB and grabbed new C.O.C & Destruction “Thrash Anthems II”.

Big fat heavy, juicy tick to the C.O.C. Welcome back Pepper. I’m loving this already.

First few tracks from Destruction good too - Confused Mind & Black Mass. vocals sound almost like the 80s again.

Good work. Thinking a Dixons trip today, more to get out of the house if anything.

Only really went there because my son insisted I get him his own damn copy of Ratt’s ‘Detonator’ album (obviously not going to be at JB). No-one was buying me CDs when I was 5.
