I think it comes with 4 ‘missing tracks’ which didn’t appear on the earlier version. I agree on the vocals. Blackie is one of the few who sound just as good today as he did back in the beginning.
He has a great ear for melody plus a pretty decent voice. No one sounds like him.

Yeah I reckon he’s great.

Skip to 2nd song just on 4 minutes in (Morning After) and tell me no-one sounds like him. Absolute dead ringer.

Not bad at all. Disappointed he took the swearing out but still a good listen.

Hell yeah! Was telling the missus this is my favourite song, she correctly responded that you have 100 favourite tracks.

The majority of the video played in the background at his live shows. It was 2008 that he played the Crimson World tour, I was lucky enough to see WASP 3 times in a few months, once in NY at Irving Plaza - absolutely creamed my pants (biggest benefit of living in NYC was the gigs and the bloody cheap entry) - the LA then Forum in Melbourne. **** me I look forward to the dvd - will be smashing it out big time. In fact - now my wife knows WASP is I might buy her the dvd for her birthday....

I'm sure all of us read the monologue in 1992 and associated with Jonothan. I will be pulling out the cd tomorrow for sure

Nice one. I’m jealous. Loved W.A.S.P. since the debut; got em all.

FWIW, A mate of mine was doing sound behind the scenes at that Melb gig. Fair to say Blackie did a fair bit of ‘assisted singing’ that night.

Cheers mate for the Behemoth recomendation, you can probably see I love my black metal, just didn't get into behemoth, really into them, the "o father o satan" talks to me - in a funny way, much like Godhate does from Dark Funeral. Dark Funeral - ten years ago - were the most crazy live gigs you will see.

Re WASP...interesting.....could be his voice was out or something, either way, gigs like that assist your morning wank.

As I am bored watching the tennis - what is your greatest gig?

Mine was 2006...moved to NY for work, and at the two of my top 10 bands were playing at BB Kings.....Moonspell was headlining backed by Katatonia. **** what a show. Katatonias murder was the highlight then moonspell came out, they openly hated their last US tour but played Finesterra....far out. my dream.

I filmed this on a shitty camera in Troy NY (ye I followed the tour) and this was in front of 200 people in a small place .....enjoy

Maybe first time I saw Dismember. Flew up to Sydney, then Adelaide and lastly Melbourne for their 05 tour. Sydney show was probably their best. Judas Priest in Singapore on the Epitaph tour was pretty decent too, so were the Ramones in 94. Also used to have a hell of a time going to see Gospel of the Horns when they were gigging on a regular basis.

30/10/1993 - Suicidal Tendencies

The ultimate line-up of Muir, Clark, George, Herrera & Trujillo.

Lights went down....and bang, we were ambushed! Mike Muir dominated the stage (and crowd) like no man I’ve ever seen. Stood there for the first 15 minutes with my mouth open. Jaw dropping performance.
