Did a lamb leg last night, with just vegemite as a rub. I rubbed the day before and left in the fridge for a day, it came out well, especially the gravy with the Vegemite taste, lot of flavour.

(And yes I was out of foil trays so used a glass dish for the drippings)

Yeah you need to go easy for sure. Great in meat pie filling too, too much can **** it up though.

I've been using Bonox lately, I think I might do a Bonox rub on the next lamb leg, I can't see how that won't be good.
