Here it is. I am in love with this woman. Saw them live so many times back in the day and her voice gives me goose pimples every time I hear it.
This song is in the top five most played on my iPod
.

The song I chose, I got the CD on the first day of my 12 months home with my newborn daughter - I chucked it on and listened to it whilst she lay on her back on the playmat infront of me and I realised I was in over my head.

I think you used my original songs story Wooshette_

Chris Cornell is not a woman although I do feel much man love toward him.

Last Goodbye; what can I say its just "one of those" songs. His voice, those notes are perfect and the song itself, Even hearing it now takes me right back to the moody teen listening to Grace and especially that song, taking me out of those dark times.

I remember the first time I heard Black, I was half cut at a backyard party with the girl I was trying to get with and I was just transfixed. I was in about year 10 and the song just hooked me in. My attention went from the girl to staring off in the distance listening to the song. Ever since then it's been one of my favourite songs ever. I try not to listen to it too often so that I don't kill it.

Even if you're not a fan of Pearl Jam, you can't deny that this is one killer track.

But I often ignore his shit in this thread. It needed to be anonymous and separate from his mongoloid bobbing head av.
Sit down and f***** behave yourself..people are trying to be nice here!
Focus on the good for a change, you'll be a better man for it.

As we get to the Top 3 I’d like to thank everyone for sharing their songs and something about themselves..it was really nice reading the little notes. There were also lovely things said in pm that people did not wish to be shared, so thank you to everyone.
This round was about sharing and appreciating..not votes.

In saying that winners are grinners and losers can please themselves

Reason for my song is that so many people in the first world do not know how truly great it is to be able say what you think and do what you want. Freedom is the greatest gift that anyone can give to you
.
Some people even want to enforce others to do what they want which people in 3rd world countries wouldn't want to wish on anyone.
We should celebrate freedom to do what we want and never take it for granted.

Louis Armstrong – What a Wonderful World MEB_

What a Wonderful World speaks to me on different levels. One is obviously Louis Armstrong's gravelly voice, another is the music that just takes me back to another time and is somehow uplifting and relaxing at the same time, and the other is the lyrics. I'm a very sensitive person and I try to find the beauty in everything. The first time I heard this song I burst into tears, it said everything that I feel. When you try to rush through life without noticing the beautiful little things you miss out on so much. This song reminds me to stop, take everything in, and be grateful for life.
It's the best. I'm walking down the aisle to this song!

Congratulations to our new host MEB_ :hearts:
May God have mercy on you
