And so it begins.... The BigFooty Top 50 Book List countdown!
Thank you to everyone that took the time to compile their lists and vote, the response was tremendous and this couldn't have been done without you. Hope you had as much fun compiling your lists as I did compiling your votes!
Just to reiterate how it worked, people submitted a list of 10-20 books or series with their favourite getting 20 points and votes decrementing by one for each book that followed. These votes were then totalled to find out BigFooty's favourite books! In the case of a tie breaker, the book that appeared on more lists will win. If still tied, the books will be ranked by their highest individual score. If still tied, they will appear in the same position in the list.
I will be counting down the books over the next two weeks to try to create some suspense/excitement for everyone The number 1 position will be announced next Friday 13th February.
Overall, 54 different posters took part in the countdown. 579 individual books received at least one vote and there were 428 individual authors to receive votes. A hugely varied list!
