Biggest and Best prelims for quite some time

Might not turn out to be that way but on paper it's the best prelims I've ever seen. All 4 sides are worthy of the premiership and we have 3 sides that have won the last 3 premierships. Rematch of the 2023 Grand Final too and both sides also made the prelims in 2022. Hawks could have easily been a top 4 side this season and weren't far off. I can't think of a better set of prelims game while watching AFL. Both games will be close to or sold out completely.

Doesn’t seem particularly strong or better than any other years prelims.
That said, it’s always a great weekend of footy and I’m looking forward to both games.

The Geelong versus Brisbane PF last season was arguably game of the year. So the PFs next weekend will have to be very good to match that.

Seems most finals played between these four sides in the AFL era have been close. That bodes well.

For neutrals it genuinely seems like the worst.

Lions with all their academies and f/s.
Hawks least likable team in the comp

Just think though. 3 out of the 4 of us campaigners will lose in the next 2 weeks and be shattered.
