Has to be Andrew McDougall given he was a pick 5.

West Coast BIO on Wickpedia

Career at West Coast[edit]
McDougall made his debut for the West Coast Eagles in Round 22, 2002 against the Kangaroos in Canberra. He was plagued by injuries and indifferent form, and was much maligned by West Coast supporters for being an underachieving talent. 2004 was McDougall's best season at West Coast, in which he kicked 35 goals from 21 games. This included a four-goal haul against then-Brisbane Lions defenderMal Michael at The Gabba before half time.

McDougall was selected in round 1, 2005 despite a shoulder injury limiting his pre-season. He re-injured the shoulder early in the game and was sidelined until round 16.

He only managed one AFL game in 2006, forcing his way into the team after a string of good performances in the WAFL, only to be dropped after West Coast's defeat to Collingwood.

At the end of the 2006 season West Coast offered McDougall a one-year contract, but due to lack of opportunities at the club he opted to be traded to the Western Bulldogs who had shown an interest in McDougall over the past few years.
Had a fair few injuries early and was half decent

I was there for that game against Richmond. Was genuinely excited that he would start playing to his potential from then on. Pretty sure that was his last game for the club. Spangher also chopped up in that game.
You can thank me for that. Friended him on FB at start of year and told him i had $50 on him for RS (which i didnt). Think he gave it a last gasp effort. Ill take the credit thanks, as Tom didnt want to make me lose that coin.

Tony notte instantly springs to mind. You know your in trouble when a kid is listed as a "project player" and taken that early...when we snagged him I thought someone in the front office must have been smoking the good stuff and taking the piss. Fast forward a few years and he gets the axe, did he even play a game?

And unless he does something of note soon, that list clogger karpany is heading the same way. I'm told he is contracted until the end of 2017? Surely not.....?

Staker ****ed up bad in 05 but I never thought he was that bad a player. Got thrown around between forward, defence and even midfield 5 times a season.

We have had a few over the years, but nothing in my mind will ever go past Stevan Jackson for me. If the guy had a couple of brain cells he could have been a good solid player for us.
