They had to sign a contract when they went on the show that no vitamin supplements be taken and no protein supplements either. When they had a check of all the contestants bags, he had a stack of vitamins and different supplements and powders which help boost energy and therefore help with weight loss.

The show then decided that due to this, it was unfair that Adro not be in the final 4 and that is why he was asked back.

Im not sure when the finale was actually filmed but I read that the contestants actually went into the house before xmas.

Fiona was expecting to be one of the first out and due to this, told her friends to buy her a ticket for the new years eve party that they were attending.

Would be interesting to see how they all look now if the finale was really filmed a month or so ago.
