Bilal Akkawy, a young Sydney boxer, categorized by his incredible power punching ability, has a shot at the WBA super middleweight interim belt, after being a late replacement for the injured David Lemieux.

Akkawy will be versing the tough Englishman, John Ryder, who will be the best opponent he has ever faced.

Akkawy's record is 20-0 with 16 KOs.
Ryder is 27-4 with 15 KOs.
