Alp deals with the greens what's the difference? Both are lunatics
Except that the Greens aren't simply a vanity exercise for their leader like the right wing fringe 'parties' all seem to be

They are certifiable
Sure, if you think social justice and sustainable policies for the future are 'certifiable'. I mean, if you want short-sighted bigotry and a self-proclaimed saviour then you've got plenty of choices on the right. Seems completely uncertifiable to me

So much this , now it's McManus

You'd think these thick idiots would've worked on some new lines this past 6 years but no , all we've gotten is BUT BILL SHORTEN , BUT LABOR
Unlike Keating and Hawke who had the unions in their back pockets, Bill is owned by the unions. Always has been. No one has ever claimed otherwise. He was the master knifeman for them but he will always do what he's told.

None of these parties are parties of govt, the greens policies would destroy the economy destroy the power grid and turn us into Venezuela, the right wing ones would destroy the social compact and probably end up destroying the economy. Take your pick of the poison, the result will be pretty much the same

Why the ALP will win the house but they are 3 down in the senate, the greens will probably lose at least 2 senators and the destructive tax agenda on retirees and others will thankfully not get through.

Sco Mo has done better than I thought but that's probably because bill has done badly but I still accept he will win
That's an interesting take on things.. How do you figure they're down 3 in the senate?

Here's an article which discusses the likely makeup of the next Senate:
https://www.theguardian.com/austral...of-power-and-which-minor-parties-will-survive

The article's author predicts that Labor/Greens will pick up an extra seat in NSW, and is a good chance of gaining an extra seat in SA, Tas, and the ACT. The SA seat is likely to go to Centre Alliance (former NXT) if it doesn't go to Labor/Greens, it won't be going to the Liberals.

The LNP are likely to gain a seat in NSW, where Lleyonhelm's replacement and Bryan Burston (UAP, former Odd Notion) are now fighting for one position. On the other hand, they have 3 seats up for grabs in SA and they're only expected to hold 2 of them.

Shame the over egging by the zealots opens up the playing field so much to the fringe dwellers on both sides.

Don't blame me , blame abbott for not being smart enough to make his own decisions.

If it wasn't the peddo it was the swamp thing telling him
Blokes a disgrace and the WORST pm this country has ever had to endure
Give us an example of how Pell called the tune for Abbott, cos the CFMEU manifesto has MPs signing up, but Bill says no & he is right (sic?), Ok he is correct .

...we will remove the budget repair levy (ie increased income tax) when the economy is fixed, whined the shifty one when caught out lying again. As if Labor can ever achieve a strong economy..
No wonder he is trying to avoid answering questions about his policy and didnt want a debate. He will win the election but is making it a lot closer than it should be with his poor performance and inability to discuss the cost of his policies.

Well there was that whole " not letting gays get married " thing for starters.
That whole " deleting the minister for science portfolio " thing ( 1st time since 1931 )

Of course he doesnt want to talk about his policies they are probably the worst ever proposed by a political party in Australia. High taxes, dismantling of our power network, more debt and a weak economy.

So thats not Abbott, its Pell ... so did Abbott hold any opinions of his own, it was all Pell? Abbott is just easily led? What role did the Pope have, was Pell acting alone, starting to sound like Oswald & the JFK shooting, the grassy knoll .....

And the LNP policies are.........?

Just for clarity - "but Labor" is not a policy

I'm pretty sure they were tight , others may disagree.
And as i said , yes abbott was easily led , not the sharpest tool.
