The Law birth certificate, bonds and ownership?

Hi all, there is a lot of talk about how your birth certificate can be used like bonds by corporations etc... your tax file numbers can be used and traded as well ?

Can anyone shed some light on this as I've heard a few people talk about it and it just doesn't sit well with me, I just don't believe it.

I'm happy for someone to dismiss this or prove it as fact. no insults please.
