Yeah, I'm surprised at that. I have Setterfield around 5 and Perryman 20+.Interested in your thoughts on Setterfeild, with Essendon potentially bidding at pick 1. Notice you have him rated at like 13 in your ranking behind Perryman. Any reason for such a low ranking? And what's your take in general.

Bishop , What are the chances of Himmelberg being availabel at Richmond's 2nd pick and would you take him here?
I've probably seen the most of Setterfield out of anyone on here and he's never really impressed me like others have. His one big performance in the TAC Cup Finals where he laid 16 tackles I thought he was very good. But he just doesn't find enough football for my liking and I question whether he'll bulk up or become a player at 190cm that remains "lanky"
I know it's a chance they bid on Setterfield, but I'm more inclined to say it's going to be McGrath & that's where my confidence lyes at the moment.
I really rate Perryman. Saw him in the NSW-ACT trial early this year and since then I've been a huge fan. A lot like Matt Kennedy for me, I think they both will be guns and probably haven't had as much time in the sun as the other prospects. I've got no doubt Setterfield is bid on before Perryman - but I'll stick with my opinion/rankings and we'll see how that goes in years to come.
Bish, with these guys in mind, how do you see Brodie in this conversation?
Hey there Bishop,
When should we be expecting your last draft edition? Having Villis so high in my comparison spreadsheet is bugging me.![]()
Fair enough, mate, you've seen more of them than I have. I'm a Kennedy fan but I feel Perryman is a slow HBF. Don't think he'll be there at 55 - But I'd certainly take him if he was.
Hey Bish, no Brodie?Have updated my Power rankings 1-75 on the second post. Will post an updated Phantom first round this arvo, but top 10 looks like this:
ESS: McGrath
GWS: Taranto
BL: McCluggage
GC: SPS/Ainsworth
GWS: Setterfield bid
CARL: SPS/Ainsworth
GC: Logue
FREO: English
GC: Scrimshaw
GC: Bowes bid
SYD: Simpkin
Hey Bish, no Brodie?
Also, on the outside chance Bowes doesn't get that Sydney bid, do GC take, say Brodie or Hayward at 10, delist a contracted guy the next day and go into heavy deficit next year??
Who would you think is more likely to get him out of us and WC? I'd think the Eagles would be keen but I don't knowGold Coast will have 5 picks in the draft - so that could be three picks + Bowes & Scheer or four picks + Bowes for example.
Bowes won't not get a bid in the top 10- no question at all.
No Brodie from what I hear. Maybe Sydney. I think he could get to West Coast/Adelaide if they want him.

So is there no chance that GC pick 6 in the draft... I know there is only 5 spots on there list, but is it not possible they delist another player the day after the draft if Bowes doesn't get a top 9 bid.. I know your personal opinion, but is it legally possibe?Gold Coast will have 5 picks in the draft - so that could be three picks + Bowes & Scheer or four picks + Bowes for example.

Yeah did hear that, us Sun's supporters just a bit greedy..... thanks for the reply Bish, keep up the good work...Nup you can't delist a player after the final list lodgment to get an extra selection in the draft. Scotty Clayton even said on Cal Twomey's podcast that they will only take 5 picks. It's not legally possible to answer your question.
Corey Lyons goes okay at 47 and 54!
Very good SANFL, VFL, WAFL player, handy "depth" player at AFL level IMO.Knew there would be one that slips through when you've got a list of just under 300 players!![]()
West Coast is the only pick I've literally got no idea. They could go Brodie, Berry, Simpkin, Gallucci depending on how things play out. Eagles met with Cedric Cox on Saturday so could go him too. Wouldn't put it past the Crows to overlook him.

Hey Bish, appreciate your insight. Are you not sure about the eagles' preference because we're quite tight lipped, or is it more that our recruiters are more inclined to wait and see what is available at our first and don't really know themselves yet? Thanks![]()
