I think you should prepare for the likelihood that whomever you take at 14, including Lochie O’Brien, will probably be a good player for the Swans for the next 5-10 years

Beatson actually doesnt have a great record with 1st rounders he is better with rookie picks.

Bishop in your opinion who is the best player in this draft? Is it really Rayner or is he more perfect for the hole in the Lions list?

And are the midfield quad of LDU, Dow, Brayshaw and Cerra, all genuine long term midfield options for bottom end clubs? And could they be compared to other recent draftees you may have seen? Eg. Oliver, Parish, SPS, SPP ect.

After all the Cerra at 2 to Freo calls yesterday how confident are you on LDU at 2?

The only time Pick 2 was certain was 20 minutes before the draft! North very pleased with LDU.

Trent Mynott for me - but in saying that. A lot of clubs aren't going to use too many picks for 18 yr olds on Monday. One club had 1 name left on their list, others had none.

That's fair mate, I think that pot on Naish is why I'm not into LOB though. Be much happier with Clark,Stephenson(a touch soft but too good to pass up), even a Murphy punt.

IMO LOB similar to Zach Merrett ......and would any of us knock back a guy with his elite kicking / decision making?
