Howdy,

I thought I would reach out to the BF Saints family to seek support for a worth charity.

I am doing the Black Dog Ride from ACT/Dubbo to Darwin NT, departing Dubbo on the 10th August 2018.

Black Dog Ride is a registered not for profit charity please refer to their website www.blackdogride.com.au . Their charter is to Raise Awareness of Depression & Suicide Prevention and assist community Mental Health projects.

I have had my own battles with work related PTSD & Depression and see this as a worthy fund raising charity.

Great cause. Stay healthy. Have a great ride.

Mental health is still an issue than needs more people to come out about.

I am extremely lucky. Had a mentally ill mother, and daughters both suffer anxiety. Luckily for me it skipped a generation or others may say I am the common denomitor ( s**t attempt at humour there,)
