The core needs a bit of a change up in order to win a final, whether it is losing some core players while replacing them with other star players or (preferably) pushing some of the core players to the fringe after bringing in elite talent.
I'd only consider Rance and maybe Deledio as elite in Richmond's team, so they are the only two I'd say are not worth losing. I'd also keep Dustin Martin and Jack Riewoldt even though I don't consider them as elite, but other than them, I'd lose any player to gain a Dangerfield or Nat Fyfe type.
The bottom line is, Richmond does not have enough elite players to be extremely competitive. Dangerfield should have been a must to chase in the club's perspective this off season. Richmond's A-graders are just not good enough[/QUOTE]
You know your footy; ; exactly right , if everyone on field for both sides gives their best, the more talented team wins, 0 from 3 tells even blind freddy tigers , we need better talented players so teams cant easily pick who to stop.
