They way I look at the Mitch Robinson is yes the bloke is a fool but he has a crack and has proven he can play at AFL level. His under 24 years old and the way we have turned around players over the last year or 2 is promising. Id take 4 young players including rookies picks and 2 mature age. Possibly Robinson and maybe Hunt/Mitch Brown. So we get an inside mid or 2 and take 2 young outside mids and a young tall.

Ben Newton anyone? Inside mid. Booming kick. Dominated for Port Magpies this year, but was made sub for just about all of his senior games.

He's refused a contract with Port to enter the draft, so there must be interest somewhere

Forget about what he has done off field as he has had his kick up the A55 and will know its his last shot at it and will be out to prove he has changed
Talent wise he is exactly what we need, I have been haroing on about him as a hard nut mid that could become a great tagger or go foward and create pressure on the backman, Great replacement for kingy and big body

Im normally pessamistic about retreads but happy with this selection
