I did not see the press conference but I still think it is St Kilda and not Blight who are hopeless in this situation.

It is easy for us to think about things in terms of on-field performance. In this case "all too hard" would be seen as a weakness (ie can't beat Port because it is too hard and therefore give in). Clearly that is not what is meant in this situation.

To win a flag was his goal. One part of that is playing personnel and how you get them up on a Saturday or Sunday or whatever. But that is a small part. It is also having the freedom to make decisions regarding playing lists (been some talk about that as well) and being able to call the shots and call a spade a spade. Now if I were coaching St Kilda and I decided that trading Loewe was the best thing to do then that is the end of the story. If I want to call the culture crap then I do and that is the end of the story. Now if I had a CEO or Board 2nd guessing me and putting restrictions on my freedom to act then I would probably conclude that it was all too hard as well.

Oh....and Crows supporters. You are a pack of hypocritical bandwagonners. The man won two flags for Adelaide and did that by taking the hard unpopular decisions. It is then his choice where he goes and what he does. For you to turn on him shows your complete lack of understanding of what he actually achieved for your "club". You should be eternally grateful not spiteful. Hypocrites.

sure...not asking for you to agree, but at least what I wrote was not personal, was related to football, and was grounded in what I see as some form of logic. You can disagree with the logic but telling someone to **** off, referring to some posts of mine which I have never written on (show me a "Port Tradition" post) just denegrates you not me. You say I cannot "take it"....well, I can press the "F" key, the "U" key and both the "C" and "K" keys as well, I canuse them in relation to a direction to you.......


I just grew out of it when I was 14.

In my view you are welcome here so long as you don't get into personal abuse or bag Port mindlessly....which you did not so come on in.

Now...here is why you are wrong.

1. It does not matter a toss what you think. You do not know Port Adelaide...you have heard of them but only through reading or listenning to the news or something. How Port are perceived in your eyes is irrelevant....you are an Essendon supporter.

Whether the PAFC has 130 or 4 years is importaand relevant to me. I am a Port member. If I felt as though Port in the AFL were not "the" Port then I would not be following them....I would still follow the Crows.

Essendon have a history in the VFA and the VFL....your club has history in 2 competitions and so does mine. Essendon have also not been called the "bombers" for all that time....they are still the same club though....so are Port.
