Is he still going to be there next year? I know Wallace has given everyone the a#se, but I want to see this guy remain. He has become somewhat of an icon at Punt Rd. as we all know what he looks like, yet no-one know who the hell he is! I hope we see him follow Plough out on to the ground next year.

Danny Frawley's brother-in-law. A former Coburg player and current Coburg runner. He has one of those 'boring' names that I keep forgetting like Tony White or some such.

I would be suprised if he was at Tigerland next season because he is so close to Frawley. I imagine Wallet will bring in his own match day assistant.

Tony Walsh did the whiteboard, part of spuds team.
Mark Opie is the guy on the bench, he is match day team manager.
Tony wont be there , gone
Mark will be
David Wheadon is staying on.His role with change, he was doing opposition but will also assist with Recruiting and other things ???

Was a former coach of mine @ the Frankston Bombers (MPFL) circa late eighties was Walshy.Former Mordiallic VFA player .When i knew him he was a Federal Copper as well & could really handle himself .I asked this question a couple of months ago on your board ,i knew it had to be him because no one else could possibly be that ugly .Thanks for finally giving me an answer .BTW good luck in the draft ,i hope you pick someone better than Anthony Banik this time @ #1.

You will find that he is more then a federal cop ;)
Secret services ?
It wouldn't surprise me ,he was certainly a guy not to fu$k with, bit too crazy actually for a captain coach. On one occasion i remember quite vividly against Langwarrin he delivered a vicious headbutt to the opposing captain @ the toss before the game had even started.

Hell of a nice guy off the field all the same ,would love to catch up with him one day.Interesting times @ both the Hawks & Tigers with both new coaches seemingly intent on one huge cleanout .Trade week will be well worth following .
