That was intense! An awseome standard of play, if that had been a video and not a live telecast I would have sworn the tape speed had been turned up.

Best we have played all year apparantely, keep that up and the flag is coming to Unley.

Sturt looked so good from the outset, I sms'ed Blues Girl near the end of the first quarter to tell her I was looking for a fat lady to belt out a tune. :D

I can't wait for next Sunday! Bring on the Dogs.

Call me the oracle if you like....what an awesome performance that was today. I tried 2 pubs in town before talking one of my mates into connecting the Fox Footy Channel this afternoon for me... well worth it too. Hopefully can get time off to head down South on Friday...

Hey guess what, it wasn't live! I thought the second half was live until "sports tonight" gave out the final score before the game had finished.
Were you there today Blues Brat?
What was the crowd?

Nope I wasn't there, I am in Perth and the game was live on Fox Footy.

Got my flight booked and my ticket to the game organised :)
 
WOW FLASHBACK MAN !!!!!!!!!!I think the seventies have caught up with me.
I was watching a Sturt team dominate a final on ADELAIDE oval using a fast flowing run on game.I had to turn the colour down on the TV after half time and watch it in black and white so it wasn't too weird.

Seriously well done Sticks(still love ya):)

That was very good, I should've thought of that.
BTW, at one stage in the first quarter the ball went down the members side flank, being passed from one Magarey Medallist to another, to another, to the other! When was the last time that happened? Sticks should've slotted himself in the pocket to make it 5 in a row!
