Why risk him for the sake of two or three games - especially considering we're three game clear of Freo, so aren't any real chance of slipping down the ladder by holding him back.

My money would be on him sitting out the remainder of the season, with a view to hitting the preseason hard and building for next year.

Just try and tell murphy to sit out the remaining games when he's fit and the skipper of the club. Aint gonna happen.

I dont think the injury is one you can really risk doing any extra damage to, Murphy might also WANT to play.. him being the Captain and all and probably enjoys playing footy for Navy Blue.

The club really is frustrating at times. I know the injury was unpredictable but they're not even close with that estimation.
